Glide with the Tide – A Kayaking Food Tour on Strangford Lough

Join us and our friends at Mobile Team Adventure for two of our favourite things. Kayaking and feasting!

We will embark on an exploration of the stunning Strangford Lough under the expert guidance of our buddy John from Mobile Team Adventure. Learning all about the beauty that surrounds us – and the history too. Not forgetting the fabulous wildlife!

Landing on one of the wonderfully peaceful islands, we will take care to find a quiet spot – without disturbing any of the local residents ( birds and seals! ) to enjoy an artisan feast of local produce. Laura will have been on your adventure with you, and will talk you through each aspect of our meal. From local cheesemakers to innovative charcuterie creators – and much more besides.

To top it all, he is a trained chef and, if the tide and season is right, he will take you foraging for mussels which you can cook together and enjoy with a stunning Dunville’s Whiskey cream sauce.
