SMOQ are two cheffie buddies, Jasper Castel and Nick Acheson, who came together over their love of great BBQ on their favourite medium, The Big Green Egg. Inspired by great local ingredients and worldly travels, the duo have been developing/cooking/eating/living BBQ for the past two decades…now they are are willing to come out, and to share their secrets!
This Indie Supper Club will see them turning their hand to a world tour! And we know from experience this is something they are going to do very well! 🥰
The drinks: This event is BYO. Please bring a bottle (or more) of your favourite tipple.
The time: 7pm Friday 28th of February 2020.
The place: Indie Füde, 30 Castle St, Comber, BT23 5DZ
The cost: £37.50 per person (inclusive of a £2.50 booking fee)
The vibe: This is a Supper Club. We have three shared tables in our intimate candle-lit space, with the chef on full view and explaining each of their courses as they go along. There is only one sitting per evening. We think a supper club should be a leisurely experience, not a rushed one, so give yourself 3.5hrs at a minimum.
Dietary requirements: For all dietary requirements just let us know when you book (either directly at checkout, or via email) and we’ll try our absolute best to accommodate you…there are always vegetarian, vegan, coeliac, non-shellfish etc. options available, please ask.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
- More than 72 hours in advance – full refund (less any booking fee)
- 24 – 72 hours in advance – 50% refund (less any booking fee)
- Less than 24 hours in advance – No refund (sorry but we will already have bought the food)
If we need to cancel the supper club, for whatever reason, then obviously we will give you a full refund and let you know as soon as we can.
