Alison and Will Abernethy started making butter as a hobby.  But they were so good at it and the butter was so delicious, they soon had a family business going – and it’s gone from strength to strength with demand from some of the best chefs in the business – Heston Blumenthal and Marcus Waring, to name-drop just 2!

They use cream from a local farm where the cows happily graze on the lush green pastures.

Alison and Will have years of knowledge, churned (if you’ll excuse the pun!) with hard work and skill to produce their extraordinary creamy butter and fudge.
