What do they do?
Jonathan Buchanan is a first-generation farmer from Kilrea in Northern Ireland. He’s been rearing his free-range turkeys since 1990. And more recently added a Texel lamb flock to their farm. They also source Northern Irish beef and pork before ageing to perfection on their farm.
Why do we love them?
Their bacon has to be tasted to be believed! The innovative peat smoked bacon is a thing of beauty!
