What do they do?

Ispini Charcuterie is the result of Jonathan Cuddy's wife purchasing a book about pork as a present. After 'giving it a go' he found a new passion, and has since qualified in Charcuterie Production from the prestigious School of Artisan Food in Nottingham. Jonny's sister Janice was tempted back from Australia to join the team, and they are now taking the Northern Irish Charcuterie scene by storm. They were awarded Best Charcuterie in the UK for their Rosemary & Thyme Bresaola.

Why do we love them?

Jonny & Janice are great friend's of Indie Füde's who we always enjoy a visit from. They are constantly innovating, and coming up with new products. Their 'Beer Stix' are impossible to keep on the shelf!
