What do they do?

A ground breaking bakery run by the Lawless family and set amongst the famous rolling Fields of Athenry. The milking cows have long been replaced by mixers and ovens, since making a change from a full-time dairy enterprise to a bakery back in 2004. And in 2011 a dedicated gluten free facility was added - giving two separate bakeries, both producing additive free 'from scratch' products.  It is this marriage of unique recipes, high taste profiles and experience that make their products some of the most innovative, tastiest and healthiest on the market today!

Why do we love them?

Their gluten free products are so good that they produce one of Laura's favourite cheese biscuits. Even though she doesn't need to avoid gluten! It's a refreshing change to be able to enjoy gluten free products that are super tasty!
