Ispini beer stix are yet another fabulous creation of Johnny Cuddy from Ispini. They are essentially mini chorizo sticks – think a delicious, artisan, handmade version of pepperami….They are perfect for munching away on while enjoying a cold craft brew.
Ispini was started by Jonathon Cuddy from Dungannon after a book gifted to him by his wife sparked an interest in cured meats. As he learned more about the artform he developed a passion for it and eventually enrolled in the School of Artisan Food in Nottingham to hone his craft. From this, Ispini was born, and we are very thankful indeed!
All of Ispini’s products are hand made with love and their Beer Stix are no different. These ones are hard to keep on the shelves (not least because they are a favourite of our Johnny McDowell). So come get some before we eat them all ourselves!
