These Cranberry and Pecan Oatcakes have been lovingly made by hand by Kay of Deli Muru in Belfast. They are the perfect luxury cheese biscuit with the nutty flavours from the pecan complimenting the nutty notes of a Gruyère such as Templegall or Saint Gall.
Deli Muru is a Great Taste award winning producer of artisanal, homemade chutneys and biscuits. Started in 2014 by dedicated foodie and traveller, Kay Armstrong, Deli Muru is the culmination of her 25 years of cooking and baking experience. Muru is a Finnish word that translates to ‘a little something’, and we think there is a little something special in every bite!
Kay is passionate about creating top quality products and strives to use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Deli Muru has been known to partner with some of Ireland’s best artisan producers to create some exciting crossover products such as their Shortcross Gin & Plum Chutney.
