Copeland Gin Spring cocktail

Ispini bresaola, milk curd, fig, walnut

Brill, potato dumpling, borrowed broccoli, sea herbs, Strangford kelp butter sauce

Chicken, leek molasses, morels, wood sorrel


Apple trifle, caramel, cider granita, custard doughnut


Carrig Bán, honey preserve, fennel crisp bread


The drinks: This event is BYO. Please bring a bottle (or more) of your favourite tipple. A welcome cocktail and goodie bag provided free of charge.
The time: 7pm, Thursday 28th February, Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd March, and 5pm Sunday 3rd March 2019

The cost: £42.50 per person
