Cheese Celebration Cake – Slieve Donard



St tola goat log (CLARE) – 1kG x 3

A super creamy, bright, sharp mature goats log cheese, with a real savoury finish on the rind. Made using unpasteurised/raw milk. Vegetarian Rennet.

smoked gubbeen (CORK) – 1.5kG

A surface ripened, semi-soft cows cheese, that has been cold smoked naturally over oak chips. The cheese is creamy with a mushroom and nutty aftertastes. The cheese is encased in a wax seal to prevent the smoke flavour permeating surrounding cheeses. Traditional Rennet.

durrus (CORK) – 1.4kG

A semi soft, cows milk washed rind cheese; plump and pliable, flavours range from mild to earthy, typically on the spectrum of butter and mushrooms. Traditional Rennet.

Young buck (DoWN) – 4kG

A stunning creamy, crumbly blue in the style of a young stilton, with a spice towards the bluing. Made with unpasteurised/raw milk. Traditional Rennet.

drumlin w/ WILD GARLIC & CHILLI – 4.5kG

A light, sharp Gouda style cheese made with cows milk, blend with sweet and aromatic wild garlic and a pinch of chilli smokey chilli pepper, that are left whole to let the flavour of the cheese develop before the savoury notes come though at the end. Made using unpasteurised/raw milk. Vegetarian Rennet.

coolea extra mature – 8kG

An 18 month extra mature cows milk cheese. The flavours are sweet and rich with hints of hazelnut, butterscotch and honey. Coolea is smooth and close in texture, reminiscent of Dutch Gouda. This cheese has a yellow/orange wax to help protect the integrity of the cheese. Traditional Rennet.



We just supply the cheese and you can also buy some delicious accompaniments from our range. We’re sure you will have your own creative ideas for how you would like to display and decorate your cake and so we leave that side of things entirely up to you, but if you need any help or advice do feel free to contact us.


We can also include a hand-written gift message at no additional cost – fill in above or you’ll be asked for one as you complete your order.


It can sometimes be hard to know how much cheese to buy. If you are at all unsure please contact us for some advice. As a general rule of thumb, we would recommend roughly between 100-150 grams per person.

If you are buying cheese to serve over a couple of days or as part of a buffet or spread, it is advisable to buy a few larger pieces. This will both look better and keep better than many small bits.

The price of the cake is exclusive of 24 hour delivery. Please select this option at checkout.

Please select a delivery day (Tuesday-Thursday) at least two working days before your event. We prefer not to ship celebration cakes for Friday delivery in case of delivery delays over the weekend.

If you are planning a wedding overseas, please contact us to discuss special delivery or packaging arrangements.

Cakes are packaged with ice-packs, insulation and cardboard packaging. Please ensure that whoever receives the delivery unpacks and refrigerates your cheese until a few hours before serving.

Cakes will be packaged and shipped in our branded Indie Fude shipping boxes, lined and insulated with eco-friendly Woolcool layering and ice-packs. Please ensure that whoever receives the delivery unpacks and refrigerates your cheese until a few hours before serving.
