Belfast Ginger Ale from Longbridge Drinks company is a homage to the original Ginger Ale, also made in Belfast many moons ago. Whilst they can’t lay claim to its creation, Longbridge strives to bring Ginger Ale back home to Belfast by creating the worlds finest version of this wonderful mixer.
The name Longbridge is inspired by the bridge that used to stand in Belfast linking the city to neighbouring County Down. Although the bridge is now long gone, in its day it was the longest bridge in the British Isles (almost a mile in length!), and something that Belfast was famous for.
For a refreshing summer cocktail take a cocktail glass, add a squeeze of lemon, 25ml of Jawbox Gin, 3-4 ice cubes and top it off with your Belfast Ginger Ale. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and make sure to enjoy it in the sun!
