Cherry Tomato and Chilli Chutney is another wonderful creation from Belfast’s Deli Muru. The cherry tomatoes have been cooked down to give them a rich depth of flavour that is perfectly complimented by the heat of the chillis.

Started in 2014 by dedicated foodie and traveller, Kay Armstrong, Deli Muru is the culmination of her 25 years of cooking and baking experience. Muru is a Finnish word that translates to ‘a little something’, and we think there is a little something special in every bite!
Kay is passionate about creating top quality products and strives to use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Deli Muru has been known to partner with some of Ireland’s best artisan producers to create some exciting crossover products such as their Shortcross Gin & Plum Chutney.
For a luxurious Sunday brunch, Kay recommends adding some cherry tomato and chilli chutney to a ham and cheese croissant. We recommend using a good melting cheese like a Gruyère – try the delicious Saint Gall from Carlow.
