Having grown up in some the the best BBQ restaurants in America, Paul has done the hard yards, and this hot and sweet Sour Chilli Jelly proves just that. This excellent blend of chilli, sour cherry, vanilla, orange, cinnamon and cider from the orchards of Armagh produces a wonderfully rich award winning jelly, the perfect partner to any good Brie or creamy Blue!
