Chilli and Honey Balsamic Vinegar is another delicious, infused Balsamic vinegar from Burren Balsamics.

Burren Balsamics uses superior quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena sourced from Italy and infuses it with 100% natural, Irish ingredients. Susie Hamilton Stubber and Bob McDonald of Armagh came up with the idea for Burren Balsamics over a cup of coffee in 2014. The original idea was to produce a range of infused balsamic vinegars to sell at farmers markets around Ireland.

Their vinegars were a hit and over time Susie and Bob expanded the range to include white balsamic vinegar as well. All their products are 100% natural and vegan friendly.

Chilli and Honey Balsamic Vinegar combines the spicy kick of the chilli with the sweetness of the Balsamic vinegar and soothing honey to create a smooth, delicious vinegar that you won’t want to miss. Combine 1 part vinegar with 3 parts of your favourite oil (we love Broighter Gold) and shake with a bit of Dijon mustard (the mustard acts as an emulsifier to help bind the oil and vinegar) to create a super simple but incredibly delicious salad dressing.
