Having grown up in some the the best BBQ restaurants in America, Paul has done the hard yards, and this Apple & Sage Chilli Jelly proves just that. This excellent blend of local Armagh Bramley apples and cider, with fragrant sage, and red hot chillies chillies, produces a wonderfully savoury jelly, the perfect partner to any  roast pork or sausages and mash!
