The perfect bake for when you need cookies – but don’t have much energy to create them.
The cookies will harden as they cool, but still have a soft sumptuous texture. Simply to die for, especially with a big glass of milk!
- 100g white sugar
- 50g butter
- 60ml whole milk
- 70g of your favourite Irish nut butter
- Add butter, sugar & milk to a medium saucepan – heat until the sugar is disolves & boil for one minute
- Add almond butter & stir until it melts through
- Add oats & combine
- Place spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment, and gently flatten – leave to cool
